Abstract
It is my great honour to provide the first input to the 2006 International Symposium on a Culture of Peace, held in Seoul, Republic of Korea hosted by the Asia-Pacific Centre of Education for International Understanding under the auspices of UNESCO. The theme of the symposium is Intercultural Understanding and Human Rights Education. I have been asked to address the question of where we are now and where we are heading for.
