Abstract

高等院校的教育学院是教育研究和教师教育的主阵地.探讨世界一流教育学院崛起的路径,可为新时代我国建设一流教育学院提供借鉴.基于历史制度主义的视角,选取位于亚洲、北美和欧洲地区的三所世界一流教育学院,梳理其百年发展历程中的重要事件,分析三所教育学院百年发展历程可发现它们呈现的共性:回应社会需要,积极服务当地;优化目标结构,拓展发展边界;甄选卓越领导者,重视吸引全球人才;发挥区位优势,注重国际交流等.三所百年教育学院的发展路径可为我国建设世界一流教育学院提供一些有益启示:教研结合,回应区域需求;科学定位,拓展发展边界;以人为本,重视人才队伍建设;国际合作,提升全球影响力等. // The education colleges of higher education institutions are the main battlefields of educational research and teacher education. Exploring the paths and experiences of the rise of world-class education colleges can provide a reference for the development of first-class education colleges in China in the new era. Based on the perspective of historical institutionalism, three world-class education colleges located in Asia, North America and Europe were selected to investigate the important events in their 100-year development history. The analysis of the 100-year development history of the three education colleges revealed their commonalities: responding to social needs and actively serving the local area; optimizing the target structure and expanding the boundaries of development; selecting outstanding leaders and paying attention to attracting global talents; giving play to the advantages of location and focusing on international exchanges. The development paths of these three century-old education colleges can provide some valuable inspiration for the construction of worldclass education colleges in China by combining teaching and research to respond to regional needs, scientific positioning and expanding the boundaries of development, people-oriented and paying attention to the construction of talent teams, and enhancing global influence through international cooperation.
