Abstract
We lock ultra-low-noise lasers to generate a 153-GHz millimeter-wave carrier with a record-low integrated (10Hz-10MHz) jitter of 14fs, outperforming a conventional electronic multiplier-based signal generator, resulting in >6dB sensitivity enhancement using 10GBaud 64QAM.
