Abstract
In this concluding chapter, Erin Delaney offers a comparative view on the themes of UK public law, drawing in detail on the earlier chapters of the book. Drawing together themes of Diceyan influence and empire, along with reflections on methodology and the dangers of canonicity, she asks what it would require for public law scholarship to escape the Diceyan orthodoxy.
