Abstract
he objectives of the project were to carry out a study on Whole Life Costing (WLC) to investigate: the state of the art, work carried out to date, information available, techniques used and participation, scope for use, barriers to its adoption and opportunities for promotion, focussed areas of priority activities needed for a structured research and innovation programme.
