Abstract
This toolkit supports knowledge exchange between university-based researchers and public policy communities. It is based on prior action research on the efficacy of different academic-policy engagement mechanisms, as well as research on the uses of futures thinking and methodologies in facilitating cross-community and cross-policy domain exchange.
