Abstract
An urgent transformation of the UK's infrastructure is required to respond to climate change. This report identifies five overarching challenges that must be urgently addressed to build the infrastructure we need for net-zero by 2050. Our understanding and articulation of these challenges will change over time, but we will use this framework to guide our activities. Our focus will be on how these challenges can be addressed.
