Abstract
Project ELSTRAD uses virtual environments to investigate environmental learning (i.e. navigation) in typically developing children (children with no known learning difficulty), individuals with Down syndrome and individuals with Williams syndrome. IOE Research Briefings are short descriptions of significant research findings, based on the wide range of projects carried out by IOE researchers.
