Additional information: This Briefing Paper was commissioned by Nuffield Foundation, based on the cross-European 'Working at the Edges of Care' study, and additional follow-up work funded by DCSF to inform a ministerial briefing. It had a print run of 1000, with a targeted mail out and press release by Nuffield, including targeting of the cross-government Social Work Task Force. This Briefing Paper was commissioned by Nuffield Foundation, based on the cross-European 'Working at the Edges of Care' study, and additional follow-up work funded by DCSF to inform a ministerial briefing.
