Abstract

The ENYGO Multidisciplinary Tumor Board Webinars is one of ESGO educational program teaching resource. Its format is based on the presentation of clinical cases, commented and discussed by an expert in the field, as well as a didactic lecture confronting current issues with data from the literature. This edition looks at the mechanisms of therapeutic resistance in the light of the advent of immunotherapy and ADCs, representing a new therapeutic turning point with a significant impact on overall patient survival following the emergence of PARP inhibitors.
