Abstract
We present line-by-line phase noise characterisation for a 2.5 GHz repetition-rate frequency comb, achieved by heterodyne beating with a 25 GHz repetition-rate, low noise optoelectronic comb, furthering the understanding of combs in coherent optical communications.
