Abstract
This set of Case Studies has been prepared by the European Council of Spatial Planners (ECTP-CEU), Territoire Europe and The Bartlett, UCL’s Faculty of the Built Environment, on behalf of the Habitat Professionals Forum. They arose from the UN-HPF International Recovery Series on Proposition 3 round tables, thanks to a grant from The Bartlett Public Policy Support Fund.
