Abstract
This research is funded by Bartlett Policy Support Fund 2024, exploring neutrality-policy perspectives using a systems-thinking approach. The report synthesises insights on the broader use of systems thinking tools across policy stages, systems thinking capabilities, and reflections of using a simulation modelling- driven interface as an interactive tool in creating dialogues in environmental neutrality policies.
