Abstract
Comments on Re H (A Child) (Parental Responsibility: Vaccination) (CA) giving guidance on whether, and in what circumstances, the unanimous decision of both parents that their child should not be vaccinated can be overridden, and the position when the child concerned is already subject to a local authority care order. Discusses the problems of the court's approach to the threshold for state intervention, and its focus on inherent jurisdiction.
