Abstract
Examines the decision in One Step (Support) Ltd v Morris-Garner (CA (Civ Div)) on the award of Wrotham Park damages for breach of contract. Considers the factors to be considered when assessing Wrotham Park damages and reflects on the possibility that the Supreme Court may provide further guidance for breach of contract cases.
