Abstract
History of the modernization progress of contemporary architecture and historical experience on industrialized architecture and techno- constructive rationalization is considered. With regard to approaches to architecture and industrial technologies in Chile, the history of standardization that lead to the construction companies to the development of building systems and prefabricated building types are presented.
