Abstract
This paper is notable for several reasons. First, it appears in a US law journal - showing that my work on critical race theory is respected not only within education internationally, but also in the discipline where CRT began (the law). Second, the paper arises from an invitational symposium at the Wake Forest School of Law, which is consistently ranked among the leading US law schools.
