The CSF concentrations of NFL were significantly higher in RRMS while CSF concentrations of GFAP were higher in PPMS. CSF concentrations of NFL correlated with YKL-40 in CIS patients while CSF concentrations of GFAP correlated with YKL-40 in RRMS patients.} }
