She was born by spontaneous delivery at 32 weeks' gestation, after a pregnancy complicated by severe polyhydramnios necessitating two amnioreductions that had removed more than 6 L of fluid. She is the third child of consanguineous parents, with no relevant family history. date: 2016-08-06 date_type: published publisher: ELSEVIER SCIENCE INC official_url: http://dx.doi.org/10.1016/S0140-6736(16)00087-8 oa_status: green full_text_type: other language: eng primo: open primo_central: open_green article_type_text: Editorial Material verified: verified_manual elements_id: 1154240 doi: 10.1016/S0140-6736(16)00087-8 lyricists_name: Ashton, Emma lyricists_name: Bockenhauer, Detlef lyricists_name: Kleta, Robert lyricists_id: EASHT13 lyricists_id: DBOCK32 lyricists_id: RKLET98 actors_name: Bockenhauer, Detlef actors_id: DBOCK32 actors_role: owner full_text_status: public publication: Lancet volume: 388 number: 10044 pagerange: 631-632 pages: 2 issn: 0140-6736 citation: Plumb, LA; van't Hoff, W; Kleta, R; Reid, C; Ashton, E; Samuels, M; Bockenhauer, D; (2016) Renal apnoea: extreme disturbance of homoeostasis in a child with Bartter syndrome type IV.
