The method was shown to be suitable for reproducibly determining the enantiopurity of a diverse set of chiral amines. Both enantiomers of the aldehyde can be prepared in two steps from commercially available materials. date: 2015-09-14 date_type: published official_url: http://dx.doi.org/10.1039/c5ob01398d oa_status: green full_text_type: pub primo: open primo_central: open_green article_type_text: Journal Article verified: verified_manual elements_id: 1045481 doi: 10.1039/c5ob01398d language_elements: eng lyricists_name: Aliev, Abil lyricists_name: Benhamou, Laure lyricists_name: Sheppard, Thomas lyricists_id: AEALI75 lyricists_id: LBEHA77 lyricists_id: TSHEP42 actors_name: Sheppard, Thomas actors_id: TSHEP42 actors_role: owner full_text_status: public publication: Organic & Biomolecular Chemistry volume: 13 number: 34 pagerange: 9050-9054 event_location: England issn: 1477-0539 citation: Gibson, SM; Lanigan, RM; Benhamou, L; Aliev, AE; Sheppard, TD; (2015) A lactate-derived chiral aldehyde for determining the enantiopurity of enantioenriched primary amines.
