A core activity is regular MDT meetings (MDMs) where treatment recommendations are agreed. A mixed methods descriptive study was conducted to develop and test quality criteria for observational assessment of MDM performance calibrated against consensus from over 2000 MDT members about the "characteristics of an effective MDT". date: 2012-05-29 official_url: http://dx.doi.org/10.1186/1471-2407-12-202 oa_status: green full_text_type: pub language: eng primo: open primo_central: open_green article_type_text: Journal Article, Research Support, Non-U.S. Gov't verified: verified_manual elements_source: PubMed elements_id: 832424 doi: 10.1186/1471-2407-12-202 pii: 1471-2407-12-202 language_elements: EN lyricists_name: Atkins, Louise lyricists_id: LATKI71 full_text_status: public publication: BMC Cancer volume: 12 article_number: 202 pagerange: ?- ? event_location: England issn: 1471-2407 citation: Taylor, C; Atkins, L; Richardson, A; Tarrant, R; Ramirez, AJ; (2012) Measuring the quality of MDT working: an observational approach.
