However, whether this visualisation skill can fulfil students' understanding has been debated. Meanwhile, despite its widely used in other subjects, the application of science subjects, particularly for understanding certain topics, is still sparse. This study identifies suitable visualisation skills to be incorporated into a science learning approach. Furthermore, a systematic literature review has been conducted to achieve the objective. This paper shows the rigorous systematic literature review process done on some selected journal articles and papers on visualisation skills. The analysis indicates that, while different subjects apply different visualisation skills, most share similar themes in implementing visualisation skills as proven necessity advocated in the 21st learning. Thus, these finding act as an enhancing tool to propose the development of various topic visualisation approaches.}, keywords = {Visualisation; visualisation skills; science}, author = {Ruhizat, Nur Hamizah Syahirah and Surif, Johari and Abdul Halim, Noor Dayana and Reiss, Michael and Habiddin, Habiddin} }
