Given Schon's (1983) critique of technical rationalism across the professions, whether Goldacre's claim is true or not remains open to question, but nevertheless the question of how education is anchored to evidence is very much on the agenda. A range of policy initiatives internationally have focused on how schools and teachers can be supported to engage with research evidence, such as the What Works Clearing House initiative (NCEE, n.d.). date: 2023-11-21 date_type: published publisher: Frontiers Media SA official_url: http://dx.doi.org/10.3389/feduc.2023.1335386 oa_status: green full_text_type: pub language: eng primo: open primo_central: open_green verified: verified_manual elements_id: 2135020 doi: 10.3389/feduc.2023.1335386 lyricists_name: Mintz, Joseph lyricists_id: JMINT99 actors_name: Flynn, Bernadette actors_id: BFFLY94 actors_role: owner full_text_status: public publication: Frontiers in Education volume: 8 article_number: 1335386 issn: 2504-284X citation: Mintz, Joseph; Norwich, Brahm; (2023) Editorial: The role of evidence in developing effective educational inclusion.
