abstract: As an assessment of a series of events held in 2021 at the start of the HEIDI project, the aim of this report is to provide a platform for staff and students within Higher Education Institutions to pinpoint and discuss the drivers and barriers of digital action, and their role in addressing societal needs during the COVID-19 pandemic. The report shall form the basis for further studies which shall be held until 2023 across Europe.
