We found that a 6 nm ZnO overlayer on a 3 μm mesoporous nanoparticle Al2O3 template shows a power conversion efficiency of 4.2 % with the standard organic sensitizer (coded Y123) and cobalt bipyridine redox mediator. %C Kish Island, Iran %L discovery10159092 %K Dye-sensitized solar cell, zinc oxide, atomic layer deposition, mesoporous template %I International Conference on Nanostructures (ICNS) %S International Conference on Nanostructures (ICNS) %D 2014 %B Proceedings of the 5th International Conference on Nanostructures (ICNS5) %V 5 %A Mojtaba Abdi Jalebi %A Aravind Kumar Chandiran %A Mohammad K Nazeeruddin %A Michael Grätzel %E Mohammad Reza Ejtehadi %T Low temperature dye-sensitized solar cells based on conformal thin zinc oxide overlayer on mesoporous insulating template by atomic layer deposition
