Abstract
The observable manifestations of rotation in a class of spatially homogeneous shearless cosmological models are studied. It is shown that pure rotation does not lead to the appearance of causal anomalies or parallax effects as well as to anisotropy of the microwave background radiation. Exact solutions for isotropic geodesics in the non-stationary model of the Godel type are obtained. It is found that cosmological rotation evokes the rotation of the plane of polarization of photons.
