Abstract
Good yields of Sterically hindered unsymmetrical biaryls are obtained from cross coupling of mesitylboronic acid with aryl halides at ambient temperature, in the presence of tetrakis(triphenylphosphine)-palladium(0) with thalium(I) hydroxide in dimethylacetamide.
