Abstract
The optimal emergency treatment for gastric fundal variceal bleeding is still unclear. In this study, the efficacy of transjugular intrahepatic portosystemic stent/shunt (TIPS) in patients with uncontrolled gastric fundal vs. esophageal variceal bleeding was compared.
