Additional information: Research findings Autumn 2002 number 1 This publication summarises findings from research conducted by Professor Julienne Hanson, Dr John Percival and Reem Zako, University College London, and Professor Malcolm Johnson, University of Bristol, on behalf of Thomas Pocklington Trust. Visual impairment is one of the most prevalent and disabling conditions among older people, and yet very little research has been conducted that could inform the development of appropriate public services.
