Abstract
The goal of this contribution is twofold. First, we overview some of the issues related to the transport of MPEG-4 content over RTP/IP and in particular we discuss the IETF MPEG-4 payload format for SL-packetized streams proposed in [1]. Then, we present the experimental results we obtained with our implementation of [1] and additional support of per-stream parity Forward Error Correction.
