Abstract

For detecting the compaction state of concrete, we proposed a model of concrete vibrators, and predicted a fresh concrete visco-elasticity which shows the compaction state. The proposed Model well estimates physical motion of the vibrators on no load state. Against increasing the fresh concrete visco-elasticity, a radius of the vibrator motion increases and a motor torque decreases. This results, differences of the vibrator motions against visco-elasticity of fresh concrete, provide optimal compaction working.
