Abstract
Assesses the common features of the economic models of microstates, developed to make them more competitive in the market for internationally mobile entities and capital, and considers the implications of law reforms targeting unfair tax competition. Suggests how Alderney might reform its company law into an efficient and cost-effective incorporation regime while complying with the governance standards of onshore jurisdictions.
