Abstract
This in-depth report, authored by Steve Kibble and Michael Walls, joint coordinators of the mission, goes into detail on the conduct of the mission and the presidential poll, and makes recommendations for the conduct of future polls in Somaliland. It details the huge role played in the mission by members of the Somaliland diaspora, and the wide support the mission had from locally-based organisations in Somaliland.
