Abstract

The railway construction has a complicated impact on the environment along the railway line, so we should give full consideration to environmental factors in the process of Green Railway route selection. AHP was made use of in this article in order to integrate the qualitative indexes with the quantitative indexes in the process of railway environment influence assessment. Firstly, part of important indexes were chosen and their weights were confirmed. Then the Fuzzy Synthetical Assessment method is used in order to establish the fussy affiliation matrix, educe the evaluation row vector,finally get the composite evaluation value, and achieve the quantization of each project. At the end of the article, a example is given in order to prove that this method can be used in the project' Comparison and Selection of Green Railway route selection.
