Abstract

Urban mass transit network planning is a complex and systematic project, which involves many factors, so that the mere adoption of hierarchical analysis methods has been unable to reflect the judgment of uncertainty and fuzziness. In this paper, the fuzzy optimization comprehensive assessment was combined with the Analytic Hierarchy Process to evaluate the decisions in the urban mass transit network program, and the decision-making model based on hierarchical fuzzy optimization was presented. To this approach, determined by many experts, the multi-layer model of the factors was developed. Then, the fuzzy matrix was constructed. And the weight of the factor index of every layer was calculated. Finally, through fuzzy operation, the final result of assessment was received by normalization method. In the end, an example was presented to demonstrate the feasibility of this approach.
