PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for forming a diffuser vane, capable of restricting secondary flow in a diffuser part, and preventing peeling that is likely to occur at a corner part of a passage in the diffuser part for improving efficiency. ; SOLUTION: A diffuser vane 20 is formed to guide flow of a passage P formed between a casing of the diffuser part 14 positioned on the downstream side of an impeller part having an impeller rotatable around the shaft and a hub. The form of the diffuser vane 20 is determined along the passage P of the diffuser part 14 in such a way that angular deviation [Delta][beta] between a hub vane angle [beta]<SB>h</SB>as an angle formed by a circumferential tangent L at a certain point in a vane surface on a hub surface and a center line of a cross section of the diffuser vane 20 along the hub surface and a casing vane angle [beta]<SB>c</SB>as an angle formed by the circumferential tangent L at a certain point in a vane surface on a casing surface and a center line of a cross section of the diffuser vane 20 along the casing surface makes a prescribed distribution to prevent peeling at the ; corner part of the passage P
