Abstract
A one step autologous approach to bilaterally correct recurrent complications of breast reconstruction or augmentation with silicone implants is presented together with five cases. This approach resulted in relief of symptoms with good cosmetic outcome avoiding multiple procedures. (c) 2005 The British Association of Plastic Surgeons. Published by Elsevier Ltd.
