|Additional information:||Invited keynote speaker at conference to launch e-health insitute. This was the keynote presentation at the launch of the eHealth Institute. There were approximately 100 guests from the University, the county and regional councils, the press, and members of the Institute. Silas Olsson, eHealth project officer from the EU Commission, was one of the presenters and he outlined the European perspective.|
